Challenge
The company shifted its focus from drug development to providing consumer-facing services in the relationship and mental health sectors, making its old brand identity outdated. This new direction required the development of a complete brand identity; including creative assets, brand voice, social media content, and a website. Before our collaboration with Adamo, the company did not have a dedicated marketing team or a defined marketing strategy in place.
Solution
The solution included a comprehensive rebranding effort, development of engaging content with photo and copy assets, website design and development, and a strategic social media launch. We crafted a distinctive voice and communication strategy that aligned with the overall product and business model. Additionally, we formulated a marketing strategy, assembled a capable team, and developed a budget to support the initiative.
Results
We successfully launched a new brand, initiating an IRB-approved study and our inaugural program cohort with 110 participants, generating over $60k in revenue. We leveraged organic growth tactics across social media, email marketing, PR/speaking engagements, podcasts, and partnerships in order to acquire customers and spend zero in advertising.
